Letter of Retirement                                         

Letter From Dr. Jeannine:  

TO ALL MY PATIENTS,

With a heart filled with gratitude, I am writing to share the bittersweet news of my upcoming retirement. After more than 35 years in practice at the Port Lavaca Clinic, the time has come for me to step back and begin a new chapter in my life. 

Caring for your children has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Watching them to grow, sharing in their accomplishments, and building relationships with so many incredible familes has been such an honorand a privilege I deeply appreciate the trust you have placed in my team throughout the years. 

I am leaving you all in good hands as Dr. Clinton will continue to lead the pediatric team with the support of the rest of the providers. 

My last day will be April 30. Casey (my nurse of 35 years) will remain part of the Port Lavaca Clinic family. You may choose a new provider within our clinic, or you may select a different healthcare professional of your choice. Your medical records will remain available for at least seven years from your last treament date.

I will miss seeing all your smiling faces, and the art work your children have provided me over the years. I have a heart FULL of fond memories and appreciation for the kindness you have shown me. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your family’s journey.. It has truly been a blessing.
